The Chick-fil-A Beechwood & Barnett Shoals Propel Development Program begins by building a solid foundation of strong self-awareness, Chick-fil-A Core Values and deep understanding of the Chick-fil-A business from which we build the best and brightest culture of leadership development for tomorrow’s Chick-fil-A restaurants. We firmly believe in learning to lead yourself before learning to lead others and learning to lead others before learning to lead our business. From this philosophy, we have created a five-step process for developing not just strong managers but an abundant harvest of continuously-improving leaders.

Chick-fil-A Plus Consists of “Outside the Restaurant” Experiences which are intended to provide a fresh new perspective on Chick-fil-A, management and leadership. CFA Plus experiences include trips to the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, Chick-fil-A Support Center Backstage Tour, leadership conferences, Chick-fil-A, Inc. workshops, Chick-fil-A Grand Openings, trips to visit other Chick-fil-A restaurants and other team building exercises. We craft these experiences for our Team Members based upon his or her needs and interests in our restaurants and for his or her future.
