Chick-fil-A Plus Consists of “Outside the Restaurant” Experiences

which are intended to provide a fresh new perspective on Chick-fil-A, management and leadership. CFA Plus experiences include trips to the Chick-fil-A Support Center in Atlanta, Chick-fil-A Support Center Backstage Tour, leadership conferences, Chick-fil-A, Inc. workshops, Chick-fil-A Grand Openings, trips to visit other Chick-fil-A restaurants and other team building exercises. We craft these experiences for our Team Members based upon his or her needs and interests in our restaurants and for his or her future.
